We are proud to announce a new Client Portal Software for our cruises, starting in late 2024.
New Features
Client Portal — We hope this new software will enable all of our participants to enjoy a better pre-cruise experience as it will help consolidate and organize all of your Reservations, Invoicing, Payments, Automatic-Billing, Cruise Paperwork, and Cruise Updates into a single hub of information for you to access at your convenience!
Please be sure to login to the Client Portal and Update your Reservation Information
- Login to the Client Portal — SantanaAdventures.WeTravel.com
- Use the same email address that you used to place your reservation.
- Click “Manage Booking”.
Invoicing — You will now be able to view all of your cruise invoices from a single login on your client portal. Curious if you’re up to date or need a copy of your invoice for insurance? You’ll be able to obtain the information you need anytime.
Auto Billing — Our new payments system enables you to auto-pay for each installment of your payment schedule. There’s no need to manually re-enter your card information for each and every payment, and you’ll receive email reminders that’ll let you know when your upcoming payments will be charged to your account.
Update Your Payment Information for our new Hassle Free Automatic-Billing via our new Payment Schedule option
- Under Outstanding Payments, click Pay Installments and enter your payment information. This will ensure your account stays up to date and utilizes our Hassle-Free Payment Plan with Automatic-Billing.
- You can wait to do this until your first payment due date, as it will charge your method of payment at the time of registration.
- Automatic Billing is a free service that we offer in lieu of paying the entire invoice balance upfront.
- You’ll receive payment reminders prior to the due dates so that you’ll be reminded when your payment method is going to be charged.
- Unlike our old software, you don’t have to manually re-enter your payment information or hunt down an invoice every time you make a payment.
- Payments are now broken down into smaller incremental values to make the process of paying for your cruise as wallet-friendly as possible.
Paying via Checking Account vs Credit Card
- Prior to 2020, all of our cruise invoices were only payable by check. As a convenience feature in 2020, we added the ability to pay by credit card.
- Our new client portal’s payment processing enables our participants to pay via Digital Checks from their Checking Account free of any processing charges, which in turn allows us to keep our pricing as low as possible for all of our participants.
- Credit cards remain an option, so you’ll be able to choose whichever you prefer.
- There is a Service Fee for paying by Credit Card, and No Service Fee for paying via your Checking Account.
Manage Cruise Extras — Did you sign up for that PreTour Package? Now you can check anytime you want.
Cruise Paperwork — All of your cruise paperwork will now be collected in one easy to use hub. Did you get a new passport or change your flight? No problem, you’ll be able to update your information on the client portal.
Please Note: When registering for WeTravel you will need to use the same email address you used to sign up for your cruise. This will enable you instant access* to information about the cruises you have signed up for.
*When will you be able to see your cruise reservation on the Client Portal?
New event reservations will begin on the WeTravel Reservations System in December 2024.
Existing reservations, starting with 2026 events, will begin being uploaded to the client portal starting in January 2025. Existing reservations for 2025 will follow shortly after. Reservations will be uploaded to the client portal trip-by-trip, so please be patient with us if you only see one of your reservations but not another. We’ll send out updates as each cruise has been added to the new system.
